Job Board – Frequently Asked Questions

What can I do with an Employer account?

You will be given access to the Employer Dashboard where you can post jobs, edit jobs, edit profile, manage applications, access to membership package and more. Register a free Employer account here.

What is the Currency used?

All prices are in USD.

How long will a job posting last?

30 days from the date of publication.

What is the difference between standard & premium listing?

Premium listing is featured and ranked above standard listing on the Job Board.

Do you offer bulk discount?

Yes, you can purchase the membership package to enjoy a much lower rate than the usual price.

Is there expiry date on the membership package?

Yes, our membership package is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Can I edit my job posting after it has been published?

Yes, you can edit your job posting through the Employer Dashboard or Job Board Menu. Go to Employer Dashboard > Company Jobs > “Settings Cog Icon” > Edit Job.

Can I publish the same job after it has expired?

Yes, you can republish expired job posting through the Employer Dashboard or Job Board Menu. Go to Employer Dashboard > Company Jobs > “Settings Cog Icon” > Republish.

Is there a way to indicate if a job has been filled?

Yes, just go to Employer Dashboard > Company Jobs > “Settings Cog Icon” > Marks as filled.

How can I retrieve the messages or files submitted by applicants?

By default, Employer will be notified via email when the applicant submitted his/her application. If you want to retrieve the application again, just go to Employer Dashboard > Company Jobs > Applications > “Name of the Applicant”.

How can I change the "Application Status"?

Application Status is set as “New” for all applications by default. Employer can change the status to “Read”, “Rejected” or “Accepted” and the applicant will be notified automatically via email when the status changed. To change the Application Status, go to Employer Dashboard > Company Jobs > Applications > “Name of the Applicant” > Click on the Application Status dropdown list and change the status accordingly.
